My sister received a voucher from the gym she attends which allows a friend or relative to attend the gym for a month. I figured I could use it in the lead up to my surgery to help krrp me motivated. I signed up on Thursday 22nd December with my Mum and we plan on going 2-3 times each week.
The first session lasted about 45mins. I did 15mins on each of the following: Cross-Trainer. Bike. Treadmill.
The second session went roughly the same however instead of using the Bike I tried my hand at some weights. Hopefully these weights will help shrink my bat wing arms.
The next time we attend the gym we will be having an official orientation. Hopefully this will keep us motivated and help us learn about what equipment is best for us to achieve our goals. Mine is to lose 5kgs before surgery.
